This is the basic plan for those who like to schedule on their own time. Session-by-session operation. We will go through your goals and your fitness history. Go over food and diet if that's something of interest. The first session will be dealer's choice - you pick the area you want to start with. If you want to continue, we will build a plan that fits you and discuss other package options.
