  • Phase 1: STABILITY & MOBILITY (Weeks 1–4)Foundational control, mobility drills, and movement prep to protect joints and improve range.

  • Phase 2: POWER & EXPLOSIVENESS (Weeks 5–8)Olympic lifts, plyometrics, sprint mechanics, and reaction-based training to build performance.
