🧩 Phase Breakdown:
Phase 1: IGNITION (Weeks 1–2)Movement prep, joint integrity, core engagement, and neuromuscular priming.
Phase 2: FOUNDATION (Weeks 3–5)Full-body compound lifting with low reps and long rest for strength and technical mastery.
Phase 3: EXPANSION (Weeks 6–8)Moderate-to-high volume hypertrophy phase with controlled eccentrics and muscle-focused splits.
Phase 4: CONDITIONING (Weeks 9–12)Higher-rep, fast-paced metabolic sessions for endurance, fat loss, and lean muscle retention.
